GNOES jewelry is handmade in the Netherlands. Private orders are often made upon ordering. For this reason we would appreciate it if you only order when you are very sure about your choice.
However, if an item does not meet your expectation, it can be returned within 14 days. In this period it is not allowed to wear the jewelry. It has to be returned in good shape, in the original packaging, indicating the reason of return, together with your name and ordernumber. The costs of return are for the customer.
Because of hygienic reasons, earrings are excluded from return. This also counts for special custom made orders (as indicated in the webshop).

Refund will take place within 7 days after the date of receipt of the article, only if in good condition as mentioned above. In the same way (banktransfer, Paypal, credit card) as the original order. Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed by us.
When one of our packages gets lost, it’s our concern, never the concern of the customer. In that case the package will be sent again.
If a package gets lost in case of return, the risk is for the sender and restitution cannot take place. We advise to return the package with track & trace.
